My own unique pearly purple lilac color has the extra benefit of purple glow, and in true 'Jana Special' fashion, I added individual spots of abalone flake to each head for accent, contrast, and iridescence. Purple is a terrific marlin lure color for summer because you're looking for cool tones in warm waters - pale pearl lavender cools it down even more.
The classic skirt combo gives you that skipjack feel with purple, black, and blue with stripes for visibility.
