I might just call this lure Bloody Decks! Inspired by a customer, this lure is based on one of my most successful lures of all time, a custom Mahi with a glow head, glow skirts, and hand-painted shell from Maui.
This jetted version follows the advice of a sage fisherman that insists on red eyes for success. I kicked it up with a bloody belly inner skirt to make it appear to be a wounded little mahi hatch.
This lure combines the best of my tricks and I can't wait to see you win a tourney with it!

BFD Hellcats are a 9" jetted cut-faced plunger that will blow a bubble trail and swim heavy seas like no other.
Our jet tubes get 22% more flow than any other lure on the market. The bigger jet tube design is customized for our unique lures, working with the oval saddles and keel weight to maintain ballast. Our jets are positioned differently, sitting higher on the face so they can 'breathe' when the lure pops up for air.
